When you carry a burden of knowledge, and when that knowledge dismays you, you do well to unburden yourself by sharing with others the nature of the burden.
Some will cark and quibble when such a burden is shared. Others -- in my case they were some of the most demanding readers in the world -- will understand why the burden needed sharing.
